groop
Groop is a real-time survival colony management game. Guide the grooples as they struggle to survive in a harsh, pink world filled with vile creatures. Watch the cycle of life and death unfold before your very eyes.
The game was a bit larger in scope than something we could make in 4 days time, but I'm still really happy with the result and it was tons of fun to make. <3

CONTROLS:
WASD: Move camera.
LEFT CLICK: Select.
RIGHT CLICK: Deselect.
SPACE: Place keyframe.
DELETE: Delete keyframe.
M: Mute music.
---
TIPS:
Click on a unit and press Space to make a position keyframe. The unit will walk towards that flag spot. This will also create a 'time notch' around the edge of the screen, which you can drag to adjust to change the timing of when they will want to go there. Whenever the green arrow passes over it, that command will execute.
Some people/things have dedicated actions at certain times of the day. Like a tree growing an apple, a mother having a contraction, or a body decomposing into a ghost. You can't adjust these times but you can see when they'd happen by clicking on them and seeing the little lock-covered notch.
You will be given a new thing to place down each time the green arrow makes a rotation around the screen.
The objective of the game is to get as many people alive at one time, while also minimizing the amount of work you need to overlook.

delete? why?
Looks like an amazing game though it needs a tutorial or some sort of sandbox.
But still I can get over how you decided the deletion button to be delete of all buttons.
You can also use middle mouse click hehe, secret dev tip :]
Really nice game, though controls were quite hard to understand.
Took me a while to realize you have to drag those flags with LMB to the place you want the guy to go to.
Visuals, sfx and overall vibes are really great!
So much to do here! And incredible art, as mentioned. This one of those special games that makes you excited to learn its mechanics.
I couldnt understand it, but the visuals of this game alone is enough to make me love the game. Figuring it out more, but the lil animations for each creature is so nice, makes it look like a real game. I would buy some silly game like this on steam.
